It is usual and normal to use logos and other marks on company’s documentation and products, a fortiori when it is a question of registered trademarks, certifications obtained after an audit cycle or membership, to an entity (e.g. AMICS) .
We wish to bring your attention that some logos and trademarks are not usable! This is notably the case of the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) who prohibit the use of its logo by the private sector and is very clear on that point (https://www.fda.gov/about-fda/website-policies/fda-logo-policy ).
In the event of usage of this logo we invite any actor who would use it on its products, commercial documentation or any other support to verify that it is in its right.
This undue use would be likely to lead to a distortion of competition in front of which the Profession would reserve any means of right in order to defend the interests of any actor of the Profession harmed or potentially harmed.
